She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and holistic services. She uses an evidence-based approach to treatment while tailoring care plans to unique needs. Her practice approach utilizes the recovery model, encouraging patients to be active participants in their care, their treatment goals and in creating their individualized idea of recovery. Allison resides in Montana. She has lived in Washington, Idaho, and Utah, making her familiar with these states and their surrounding areas. Allison believes in bringing psychiatric services to rural areas through telepsychiatry so all people have access to care. Allison does not perform assessments specifically for paperwork completion, such as FMLA paperwork, and does not perform court-ordered assessments. It is her personal policy that if leave paperwork is necessary, it will be determined after no less than 3 appointments.
