ONLINE IOP AT BRIGHTSIDE
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs help you build the skills to heal, grow, and move forward—all from home.
When you need more support than weekly therapy offers, IOP can help you make meaningful progress.
Whether you’re starting recovery or building on it, our program is here to help you take the next step.
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step up in care—designed to provide the structured, frequent support you need to feel better faster. You’ll join multiple sessions each week, including individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatry if needed. At Brightside Health, our program is entirely online—with convenient schedule options to fit your life.
Yes, IOP can be highly effective. In fact, 87% of Brightside IOP graduates report an improved quality of life.1 As a short-term, intensive program, IOP often leads to faster progress than weekly therapy alone. Whether your provider recommended IOP or you're seeking a new approach, IOP may be a great next step toward the life you want to live.
