To request a refund, please log into your Brightside account and navigate to “Help” to contact our Member Services team.
Please note that we do not issue refunds after the time of your initial scheduled consultation with your psychiatric provider has passed, as Brightside providers take time to review your information and begin preparing a treatment plan prior to your initial scheduled video consultation.
All therapy subscription payments are non-refundable. Your therapy subscription fee is billed monthly on the same day each month, and you can cancel your plan at any time. If you purchased and canceled an extra video therapy session and would like a refund, please log into your Brightside account and navigate to “Help” to contact our Member Service Team.
