This program is a good fit for patients whose mental health symptoms are disrupting daily life—whether they need more support than weekly therapy provides or are stepping down from other care.
This program is designed for patients with a primary substance use disorder who need flexible, evidence-based care—whether they’re starting recovery or stepping down from a higher level of care.
Our IOP is tailored to your patient’s needs—whether for mental health, substance use, or both. We address all aspects of treatment with intention and expertise.
Every patient is supported by a multidisciplinary care team, including an individual therapist, group therapist, psychiatric provider, and care coordinator.
Accredited by The Joint Commission with The Gold Seal of Approval®, our care meets rigorous standards for quality, safety, and clinical excellence—so you can refer with confidence.
We share regular updates with referring providers for ongoing collaboration—and support engagement, transitions, and step-downs to aftercare options.

CARE AT BRIGHTSIDE
Our virtual IOP fills a critical gap between core services & inpatient care, providing specialized support for individuals with acute mental health or substance use needs—right from home.
OUR PARTNERS INCLUDE:
a seamless path to care
We make it easy to connect your patients to care.
Our team will contact your patient the same day, assist with intake, and help with insurance eligibility or prior authorization.
During the intake process, the patient will match with their care team, choose a group therapy schedule, and book a session with a therapist to assess and confirm clinical appropriateness.
Once enrolled, the patient is paired with a dedicated care coordinator who supports them through phase-based group therapy, individual therapy, and medication management if needed.
After completing program phases with measurable progress, the patient transitions to the appropriate level of aftercare with a personalized plan for ongoing support.
"Our IOP providers help patients develop practical coping strategies and a strong foundation for progress—so they can get back on track and live the life they deserve."
Conor O’Neill, PhD
Director of Therapy Programs
"This is 'it'. Tried everything. The team was caring and it was 100% more effective than anything else I've encountered. It's an absolute life-changing experience."
