How does Brightside work?

Brightside makes it easy to get quality mental health care from home. We’ll connect you with one of our providers who can tailor treatment to your needs. No waiting rooms, no commutes—just care that fits your life. 

To get started:

  1. Take a free clinical assessment to help us understand your needs. You’ll get your results and a recommended care plan.
  2. Add your insurance plan to confirm your coverage and copay, or select one of our affordable monthly self-pay plans. 
  3. Book your first session with the right provider for you—whether that’s a therapist, psychiatric provider, or both for more support.
  4. Begin getting care that evolves with you—switch your care plan or provider anytime if your needs change.

You can manage your care using the Brightside Health mobile app or website: Join video sessions, send your provider messages, track progress, and access resources.
