What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule your appointment, login to your Brightside Portal. Using the “Reschedule” button and select a new time.

To help respect your psychiatric provider and therapist’s time as well as support appointment availability to other Brightside members seeking care, we ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 24-hours in advance.

Please note: refunds will not be issued for failure to attend your appointment after it has started. We understand that things come up, so if you are not confident that you will be able to make your scheduled appointment, you can always reschedule in advance from your Brightside Portal.

Please note that failing to attend scheduled consultation after multiple attempts may result in a potential reassignment of your care or discharge from Brightside, as well as charging a no-show fee of $20.
