What medications do we prescribe?

Your psychiatric provider may prescribe one or more medications based on your individual needs. See our list of commonly prescribed medications.

In select states, Brightside providers may prescribe certain stimulants for members using insurance. States include:
– Arizona
– Oregon
– Washington

Note: Brightside does not prescribe benzodiazepines (e.g., Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, Xanax), “Z-drug” sleep medications (e.g., Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata), or gabapentin in states where it is considered a controlled medication.
