Brightside’s psychiatry plan costs $95 per month + your pharmacy copay – if you have insurance prescription (Rx) benefits. Your plan includes a comprehensive evaluation with a psychiatric provider and ongoing support, including any changes.

Therapy 

Therapy costs $299 per month for four video sessions and unlimited messaging with a licensed therapist who helps guide you through a personalized program using evidence-based approaches. Additional 55-minute video appointments with your therapist are available for $59 per session.

Psychiatry + Therapy

Our psychiatry + therapy plan costs $349 per month—a savings of $45. In addition to the benefits of the psychiatry plan, you get unlimited messaging and a weekly video session with a licensed therapist who helps guide you through a personalized program using evidence-based approaches.

Teen Care 

Therapy 

Therapy costs $299 per month for four video sessions and unlimited messaging with a licensed therapist who specializes in helping teens. Additional 55-minute video appointments are available for $59 per session.
