"Tiffanni Starling, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a warm and collaborative approach to supporting adults navigating mood disorders, substance use challenges, anxiety, and depression. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation from North Carolina A&T State University, Tiffanni brings experience from both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment settings, as well as private practice. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help individuals make meaningful, lasting changes—starting with small, intentional steps.

Tiffanni believes therapy should be both affirming and practical. She works to build strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, identify patterns, and move toward their goals. Clients appreciate her down-to-earth nature, genuine curiosity, and belief that meaningful growth happens over time. Outside of her work, Tiffanni enjoys adventuring and spending quality time with her family."
