Her background includes extensive work in child welfare with the Indiana Department of Child Services, where she served as both a Family Case Manager and Supervisor. She has also held leadership roles as a Program Director in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, including specialized work with prenatal populations aimed at improving outcomes for women and children. These experiences have shaped her strong foundation in family-centered, trauma-informed care.
Her clinical approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Tianna primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed interventions to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. She emphasizes creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Her work is strengths-based, helping clients recognize their resilience and capacity for growth.
Tianna believes healing happens through authentic, trusting relationships and prioritizes meeting clients where they are without judgment. She works closely with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals and values, encouraging progress, self-awareness, and whole-person wellness. Outside of her professional work, Tianna enjoys reading, traveling, playing basketball, watching musicals, and staying connected to her creative roots as a former show choir performer.
