"Tasha Lewis is a Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtained in 2013. She has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, in settings such as outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, residential treatment for children, and geriatric psychiatry. Tasha employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, CPT, and TF-CBT, to address mood instability, emotional disturbances, behavioral modification, and trauma.

Believing that routine self-care must encompass mental health, Tasha is dedicated to helping clients navigate their mental well-being as part of a comprehensive self-care routine. Her professional background includes working in crisis management, substance abuse treatment, child protective services, and the juvenile and adult court systems. Outside of her practice, Tasha enjoys reading, engaging in outdoor family activities, exploring bike trails, and traveling.
