Tameika Ivey, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with over 21 years of experience in the helping profession and more than eight years as a licensed clinician. She supports adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and life transitions. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP, Tameika provides evidence-based care that is both structured and deeply human. Her clinical background spans outpatient facilities, community-based care, and telehealth, and she is licensed across several states, including Georgia, Connecticut, Vermont, and Delaware.
Tameika’s therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. She meets each client where they are—with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for their unique story. Outside of her clinical work, Tameika enjoys traveling with her family, collecting all things Hello Kitty, and watching the latest horror movies.
