Biography

"Tamara Hollingsworth is an Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2015. She specializes in a wide array of areas including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and women's health. Using a blend of Person-Centered, Family Systems, Trauma-focused CBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused therapies, Tamara is dedicated to applying evidence-based practices to help clients manage depression and anxiety effectively.

Tamara believes that healing begins with small steps and is facilitated by a strong therapeutic relationship, which instills the confidence needed to move toward reclaiming one's authentic self. Her professional experience spans various settings, including rural clinics, private practices, hospitals, and non-profit agencies. Outside of her practice, Tamara enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new places through travel.
