"Shelley Parrett is an Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri Kansas City, obtained in 2006. Specializing in a wide range of issues including anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and trauma, Shelley is committed to helping clients navigate their mental health challenges with dignity and respect. Shelley employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, alongside assessment tools to address complex issues like depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal thoughts.
