"Shandra Wilson, PhD, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, and women’s mental health, as well as supporting veterans, first responders, and clients experiencing major life transitions. Shandra primarily uses CBT and trauma-informed CBT to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while integrating solution-focused strategies to encourage meaningful, lasting change.
