"Sean Martiny is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over a decade of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, men's issues, and LGBTQ+ counseling. He takes an integrative, client-centered approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build self-understanding, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Sean has worked in diverse clinical settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, adolescent group homes, and outpatient therapy centers.
