Rocky Guthrie, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. He uses an eclectic, evidence-based approach that includes CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction to offer care that is both effective and deeply personalized.
