Treatment approach

My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I draw from DBT, CBT, and ACT, as well as attachment and trauma based theory, but always tailor my approach to what fits best for you. Sessions should feel like a collaborative conversation, not an interrogation, starting with a check in, what is happening now, ending with a plan for how to go forward. Humor, warmth, and no judgment are expected.

Interests & hobbies

Outside of work I am an avid reader, especially of historical novels. I enjoy spending time with my family as well as my rescue dogs.
