Renita Young, LPC

Renita Young is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who started practicing in 2019. Renita has experience with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and other issues that may impact one's life. Renita believes that it helps to have compassionate and non-judgmental support as you work through life issues and transitions. Renita operates from a client centered perspective and shapes treatment based off of client needs. Renita believes in holistic treatment and encourages clients to consider all aspects of their lives and how it contributes to overall wellness. Renita has experience working with men, women and the LGBTQIA+ community. She feels that life hits us all differently and her focus is on helping people heal. In her free time, Renita enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time in nature.
