Biography

Rebecca is a licensed counselor in Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Virginia with telehealth privileges in Florida, South Carolina, and Vermont. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with an M.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. Rebecca has completed CBT training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is a registered Star Behavioral Health Provider in Virginia providing therapy services to military connected individuals. She has completed Tier 1 and Tier 2 trainings through Uniformed Services University Center for Deployment Psychology. Rebecca has a passion for helping those in need find their inner strength and resilience. Her education and training have given her the skills to help with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, relationship issues, women’s issues and other areas of mental health. She strives to provide her clients with a safe and respectful environment where they feel comfortable exploring their life experiences. Rebecca offers an integrative, client-centered approach to meeting her clients’ unique needs. She works in a collaborative nature with her clients to build a strong, therapeutic relationship.
