"Phyllicia Fisher, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience using evidence-based, trauma-informed care to support individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She draws from CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build emotional awareness, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. Phyllicia has supported clients in various settings, including juvenile justice, private practice, and intensive outpatient programs.
Phyllicia brings a grounded, empathetic, and strength-focused presence to each session. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe space for individuals to explore challenges with honesty and compassion. She is especially passionate about working with BIPOC clients, women, and survivors of trauma. Outside of her clinical work, Phyllicia enjoys cooking, caring for her plants, and practicing aerial yoga—activities that reflect her belief in balance, creativity, and self-care."
