Natalia Dankwa, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions. Natalia takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT-informed skills, trauma-focused care, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change.
Natalia’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. She values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment. She enjoys working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and is especially passionate about supporting women, survivors of trauma, and those facing complex life stressors. Outside of therapy, Natalia enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, which deepens her appreciation for diversity and informs her holistic approach to care.
