Her background includes work in community mental health centers, hospitals, and schools across diverse populations in both Los Angeles and New York.

Monica utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, with additional training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
