Biography

Michele chose to pursue a degree in counseling to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals, families and couples to explore their perceptions, feelings and relationships to enhance their lives and grow themselves personally and within relationships. Michele has practiced in the mental health field for over eight years. She enjoys working with all ages and has special training with teens, geriatric, family and couples. Michele has training in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, parenting, family dynamics and couples communication and relationship enhancement and personal perception and growth. Michele focuses upon DBT, CBT, Strengths-Based Therapy, couples counseling, teaching Love and Logic and parenting techniques as well as giving presentations on work-place enhancement and communication. In her spare time Michele enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, hiking and watching her son play baseball and show his dog in 4-H.
