"Melissa Brown, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing individual therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and identity exploration. Melissa draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT) to support meaningful, lasting change.
