Madeleine (Maddy) Shair is a skilled, warm, and engaging Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families in community, school-based, and private practice settings. She has extensive experience working with young people and adults who present with complex academic and social-emotional needs, including anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, adjustment disorders, behavioral disorders, self-harming behaviors, anger management, identity and sexual development, bereavement, trauma, relationships, family dynamics, parenting, life transitions, and academic/school related challenges. Maddy utilizes a variety of therapeutic treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused treatment, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
