Biography

Lynne Kelsey, LPC, is a highly experienced professional counselor with over two decades of providing evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment concerns, and relationship and couples work, and has supported clients across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Lynne values building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and open communication, and believes each client is the expert on their own life and experiences.

Lynne’s therapeutic approach is holistic, integrative, and values-driven, with a strong emphasis on mind–body wellness and individualized care. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and attachment-based and somatic approaches to support healing and growth. Her work is informed by extensive experience across diverse treatment settings, with particular emphasis on neuropsychology and relationships. Outside of her clinical work, Lynne enjoys being outdoors, spending time with animals, music, crafts, and connecting with friends and family.
