Lisa Jordan, LICSW, is an independent clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adults across a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. She takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful progress. Lisa’s work is grounded in thoughtful assessment, collaborative goal-setting, and a commitment to helping clients create lasting, positive change.
Lisa’s style is direct, collaborative, and encouraging, with a balance of honesty, compassion, and humor. She enjoys working with both men and women, including veterans and individuals navigating complex life stressors, and is passionate about helping clients “connect the dots” and move forward with clarity and optimism. Lisa brings a warm, engaging presence to sessions and values empowering clients to take an active role in their growth. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, kayaking, and exploring nature with her family.
