Biography

"Lena Azzam is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with several years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their goals and move toward meaningful change.

Lena is passionate about helping clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more grounded and balanced in their daily lives. She has worked with diverse populations across a variety of settings and is especially dedicated to supporting women navigating stress, identity, and emotional overwhelm.

Lena believes that healing happens one step at a time—and she’s here to walk alongside you. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys weightlifting, spending time with friends and family, and singing."
