Biography

"LaTosha Howard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Valdosta State University, earned in 2014. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she supports children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, and women's issues.

LaTosha blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Systems Therapy to create a personalized, strengths-based approach. She is especially passionate about supporting BIPOC communities, women, veterans, and trauma survivors, and she brings a holistic, compassionate lens to every session.

In her free time, LaTosha enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her guiding philosophy is to ""be the change you wish to see,"" and she brings that energy into every aspect of her clinical work."
