LaTasha Robinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor who supports adolescents and adults navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. She believes therapy is a pathway for growth and healing and works to create a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged to develop healthier patterns and coping strategies. LaTasha’s approach focuses on helping individuals build practical skills that support long-term emotional well-being and improved quality of life.
Her clinical work integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through these approaches, she helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, and build resilience in the face of stress and life challenges. She also provides guidance and connects clients with helpful resources within their communities, including support in home and school environments when appropriate.
LaTasha earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from Jackson State University and has experience working in outpatient therapy, school-based programs, and community mental health settings. She works with adolescents and adults and is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family and prioritizing self-care.
