Biography

With over 20 years of experience working with adults, both in person and through secure telehealth—I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as we work together to identify what matters most to you and create a path forward.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to support your healing in a way that feels personalized and effective. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process and heal trauma or emotional distress; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which encourages meaningful change by helping you live in alignment with your values; and both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance emotional regulation and build healthier thought patterns. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to help you identify your strengths and create forward momentum, even when things feel stuck.

I am EMDR Certified.

My work is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and deep respect for who you are. Influenced by both my Sri Lankan heritage and my personal faith, I value creating a welcoming space for clients from all spiritual and cultural backgrounds.

Whether you're navigating the aftermath of betrayal, managing anxiety or depression, rebuilding self-esteem, or simply longing to feel better—you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
