"Kimberly Cook-Lee, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in health care and social services. She specializes in supporting adolescents and adults navigating grief and loss, complex trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, and the impacts of domestic and sexual abuse. Kimberly takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and reconnect with a sense of balance and resilience. She is certified in both Accelerated Resolution Therapy and grief counseling.
Kimberly’s therapeutic style is compassionate, steady, and deeply respectful of the mind–body–spirit connection. She values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to move at their own pace while building insight and practical tools for healing. Kimberly enjoys working with women, veterans, and individuals managing chronic illness, and she brings experience from hospice care, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and behavioral health settings into her work. Outside of therapy, she enjoys music, spending time outdoors, photography, reading, and traveling—activities that help her stay grounded and present."
