Kendra Ferrille is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional with 18 years of experience in social work and several years of clinical practice. She is licensed in Florida and Alabama and earned her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. Kendra has worked with diverse populations across community-based and outpatient settings, supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, loss, and OCD.
Her therapeutic approach is authentic, compassionate, and empowering. Kendra believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and focuses on creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. She uses evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), helping clients build practical coping skills, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and work toward meaningful goals. She also incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support engagement and change.
Kendra brings warmth and relatability into sessions, even using humor appropriately to build connection and trust. Her philosophy centers on the belief that seeking help is a sign of strength and that individuals are more capable than they may realize in overcoming life’s challenges. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys watching old television shows, going for walks, and spending time with her family.
