"Kellie Allison is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, OCD, and parenting stressors. With a long-standing background in Multisystemic Therapy (MST)—a nationally recognized, evidence-based treatment model—Kellie brings deep expertise in CBT, family systems therapy, and practical, results-oriented care. She currently serves as a coach and Manager of Network Partnerships at MST Services, while also seeing clients in private practice using evidence-based, goal-driven interventions.

Kellie’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply attuned to the unique needs of each individual and family. She believes in empowering clients through small, manageable steps that lead to meaningful change. Kellie has a passion for working with teens and families, as well as women, veterans, and individuals from multicultural backgrounds. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and her care is rooted in cultural humility and respect. Outside of her work, Kellie enjoys watercolor painting, traveling, reading, and quality time with her family and dog."
