Biography

Keith Crownover, PhD, LPC-S, is a licensed professional counselor with decades of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. He takes a person-centered, integrative approach to care, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT-informed skills, acceptance-based strategies, and narrative approaches. Keith works collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences and support meaningful, lasting change through thoughtful, individualized treatment.

Keith’s therapeutic style is respectful, encouraging, and grounded in the belief that change is possible for everyone with understanding, dedication, and practice. He values seeing each person as unique and approaches therapy as a shared process built on trust and collaboration. Keith has worked across all levels of care, including inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, correctional, and rehabilitation settings, bringing depth and perspective to his work. Outside of therapy, he enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring new environments together—whether at the beach, in the mountains, or discovering someplace new.
