Joshua Jenkins, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in the English and Spanish languages. He works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Joshua integrates evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, process traumatic experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
