Jessyca Vandercoy, LICSW, is a licensed independent clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, grief and loss, identity exploration, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in an attachment-informed, relational approach that views relationships as a central pathway for healing and growth. Jessyca integrates evidence-based practices—including Gottman-informed relational work, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, trauma-focused care, mindfulness, and somatic regulation—to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create sustainable, values-aligned change.
Jessyca’s therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and direct, balancing validation with thoughtful challenge. She enjoys working with individuals navigating complex relational dynamics, chronic illness, trauma recovery, identity development, and the impact of systemic stress and oppression. Jessyca believes therapy works best when it is practical, grounded in real life, and rooted in each client’s lived experience and inner wisdom. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in creative projects, staying active through CrossFit, having meaningful conversations, and being involved in her community.
