Biography

"Jessica Hart is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s most meaningful—and sometimes challenging—transitions. She specializes in relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and communication struggles, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including the Gottman Method, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and DBT.

Jessica began her career as a case manager supporting individuals with severe mental health diagnoses, which deepened her compassion and broadened her clinical skill set. After earning her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University, she went on to work in private practice, helping hundreds of clients develop clarity, resilience, and stronger connections. She has a particular passion for working with multicultural individuals, couples, and those navigating identity, parenting, and life transitions.

Born in Indiana but shaped by years living abroad, Jessica brings a culturally sensitive lens to therapy. She believes in the power of connection and collaboration—and in creating a space where clients feel both seen and supported. Outside of therapy, Jessica enjoys hiking Colorado’s mountains, RVing with her husband and daughter, and reading with a warm cup of coffee or tea."
