"Jessica Garza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas Pan American, earned in 2013. Specializing in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, and women's issues, Jessica employs cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and motivational interviewing to support her clients. She begins with psychoeducation to help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their daily lives.
