Jazmyn Wilson, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday stressors. With over a decade of experience across hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health services, mental health centers, and a K–12 school system, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Jazmyn understands that personal struggles are often connected to broader environments such as family dynamics, school, work, and community, and she integrates these factors into her therapeutic approach.
Her style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients identify patterns, explore underlying concerns, and build practical skills that support lasting change. Jazmyn incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic principles, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. She is especially passionate about supporting teens as they navigate the pressures of adolescence, including academic expectations, identity development, and social challenges, while also helping adults manage stress, career concerns, and relationship dynamics.
Jazmyn believes therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. She focuses on helping individuals build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional balance. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to audiobooks, and finding moments of humor and laughter that help maintain balance and perspective in everyday life.
