Biography

Jasmin Foster, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with 5+ years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and crisis intervention. She currently supervises a crisis team at an inner-city hospital, where she assesses individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, psychosis, and severe mood disorders.

Jasmin takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges. She believes therapy provides a nonjudgmental, safe space for exploration, growth, and healing—one small step at a time.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and cuddling with her dogs.
