I draw on CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques to give you tools you can use in real time. I also help you understand your emotions through the UP Protocol. We meet in a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can progress at your own pace. My psychoeducation approach adds a layer of understanding that supports healing.
