"Jamila Hadden, LPCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor with several years of experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, ADHD, and relationship challenges. She brings an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach to care, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance-based strategies to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Jamila has worked across a variety of settings, including group homes, schools, outpatient programs, and private practice, giving her a broad and adaptable clinical perspective.
Jamila’s therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and encouraging, grounded in the belief that progress—not perfection—is what leads to lasting growth. She enjoys working with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed and helps clients identify motivation, build resilience, and take manageable steps forward at their own pace. Jamila values creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel respected and empowered throughout their healing journey. Outside of therapy, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family—activities that help her stay balanced and connected."
