"Iiesha Black, LPC, is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. With experience in acute crisis stabilization, residential treatment, and crisis response, she specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, and women’s mental health, including prenatal and postpartum concerns.

Iiesha utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve their goals. She believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Outside of work, Iiesha enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures. She is passionate about continuous learning and personal growth, which helps her connect with clients on a deeper level."
