Therapist
Holly Nelson, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with over six years of experience supporting adults through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She specializes in sex therapy and trauma-informed care, helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy, infidelity, non-monogamous relationships, and the lingering impact of past experiences. Holly is EMDR-certified and integrates attachment-based and nervous system–informed approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help clients process trauma, reduce distress, and build greater emotional safety and self-trust.
Holly’s therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and affirming, with a strong focus on creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and supported—especially when exploring sensitive or deeply personal topics. She enjoys working with individuals healing from trauma as well as couples seeking stronger, more secure connections. Outside of therapy, Holly enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, reading horror novels, and traveling with the people she loves, values that reflect her appreciation for balance, connection, and intentional living.
