Biography

Heather Moon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her master's degree in 2007 and has been practicing since. She started off working with patients with End Stage Renal Disease from 2007 until 2011. Currently, she works with patients 18 years and older with issues such as; depression, anxiety, and PTSD; amongst other mental health concerns. She has been providing clinical care for 10+ years.
She enjoys working with individuals and seeing growth and finds joy in doing so. She finds providing mental health to be very rewarding in supporting others as they make change and works on improving mental health as is key to increasing one's quality of life.
She works with others utilizing therapies such as; CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative therapies the most. She does enjoy working with patient's and utilizing their strengths and working these into our goals as well to reflect upon what works for them.
She looks forward to developing new relationships; with a new group of patients and supporting you all through your mental health journey utilizing proven tools and techniques to help you to feel better faster.
