CBT is the foundation of my work, but after more than 40 years of studying psychology, I've learned that no single approach fits everyone. I draw from a variety of proven therapeutic methods and tailor them to your unique needs. Every person is different, so I come prepared with a full toolbox of strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
From the first time you meet me I want to help you come up with some hope and solutions. Many therapists ask you a ton of questions up front, but I want to give a change to tell me what's going on and give you some potential solutions to try.
Outside of work I have many creative hobbies...music, writing, painting. Generally I have forced exercise by taking care of 4 horses.
