Extriara Gates, LCSW

Extriara Gates, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing preventative care to Black Women ages 25-35 experiencing trauma related depression and anxiety. Utilizing a strengths based model, Extriara provides compassionate care in a safe environment aimed at alleviating the debilitating effects of mental illness. Extriara provides in-person and teletherapy services that ensure that Black Women have the tools and resources needed to maintain healthy functioning. Extriara is a graduate of Georgia State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies and went on to receive her Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Georgia.
