Biography

Erika Lechowich-Ragland, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with 5–10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, and major life transitions such as divorce, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment. Erika also has experience supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals coping with grief, infertility, or self-harming behaviors.

Her therapeutic approach is structured, goal-driven, and focused on helping clients make meaningful progress. Erika primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help individuals build practical coping skills, regulate emotions, and work toward achievable personal goals. Through telehealth therapy, she creates a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

Erika believes that life can be challenging and that everyone deserves support at different times. She meets clients where they are and works collaboratively with them to create lasting, positive change. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. Growing up in a military family and living in many different places has shaped her understanding of diverse life experiences and strengthened her ability to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
